到酒店後辦理入住還挺順暢，前台需要付款2000比索₱每晚的按金。之前預訂的房型無了，小姐姐幫我免費升級。 房間很大，浴室、廁所、單獨的梳粧台、客廳、辦公桌、臥室都分割的比較清晰。床很大就是被子有些薄，第一晚太冷了穿著浴袍睡的🥹 早餐在3樓，七八點去的時候人比較少，門口會有人帶位。菲律賓的食物整體偏鹹，第二第三天直接説less salt…服務生都很熱情主動

房間很大，衞生也搞得不錯，早餐現場買優惠，早餐豐富品質高，房間靠主馬路晚上噪音特別大，第二天提供了耳塞。旁邊有個mall很多餐飲。離地鐵也不遠。

I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit! The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was my second or third time staying at this hotel. I chose this location because it's attached to the Robinson's mall. I can easily find food at night, and wander around in case I get bored during my free time. It's also walking distance to the SM mall, although you might have to walk through some smaller streets. You can pretty much walk around the hotel as well. The room is clean. Love the big bed. Aircond is very cold. Bathroom lighting is perfect. The only thing I did not like was the shower area. Water spills easily onto the toilet/ sink area. Love the breakfast place and selections too. I have never used the pool before, but the gym is basically Anytime Fitness, which you can access as hotel guests.

已經住了好幾次了，樓下商場吃飯方便，還有超市。早餐還可以，基本都有。酒店比較老了，下水道速度不行，洗澡水稍微大點就積水，也就衹能這樣了

Was very upsetting upon arrival was told that the amenities like the pools was under construction and have been for awhile. Was looking forward to having a relaxing honeymoon by the pool with a drink or 2. The amenities is a very important part to the hotels I book and wasn’t told in advance but on the day of checkin. Ended up leaving early and booking another hotel with no refund. The staff was polite and patient
